Breathe.  This is going to be a fun journey.  There is no pressure and no judgement. Congratulations on making the decision to a better life.

We recommend that you try a FREE CLASS first, just to make sure that we are the perfect fit for you.

INTRO TO MOVEMENT

Once you commit to being a GYM member, we will get you in for an Intro to Movement session. We will use this time to go over your Enrollment Form, and discuss your health history and future goals.  After this, we will tour the gym, meet any other trainers or members that are at THE GYM and start teaching your some basic movement patterns: Hinge, Squat, Swing, Clean, Press and the TGU.
